How to Use
  1. Upload a PPTX or a ZIP of PPTX files.
  2. Select files and slides in the Files dropdown.
  3. Choose output format and Download package: single worksheet, multiple worksheets (one sheet per slide), or Batch ZIP. Adjust Split slides when grouping.
  4. Optionally mark the first row as header and preserve formatting.
  5. Click Convert to Excel, review the preview/summary, then Download.
Pro Tips
  • Tables on slides convert best; other text shapes become single-column rows.
  • Use Split slides with Single worksheet or Batch ZIP to group slides (default 5).
  • Choose Multiple worksheets for one Excel sheet per slide in a single file.
  • Upload a ZIP of PPTX files to convert many presentations at once (plan file-count and ZIP MB limits apply).
  • Batch ZIP creates one Excel file per slide group ù ideal for large decks.
  • .xlsb is listed but downloaded as .xlsx (PhpSpreadsheet cannot write true XLSB).
  • Legacy .ppt is not supported ù Save As .pptx first.
