How to Use
  1. Upload a PDF or a ZIP of PDF files.
  2. Select files and pages in the Files dropdown.
  3. Choose output format (.xlsx, .xls, .csv), download package, and Split pages (default 10).
  4. Optionally mark the first row as header and preserve formatting.
  5. Click Convert to Excel, review the preview/summary, then Download.
Pro Tips
  • Text-based PDFs convert best; scanned image PDFs need OCR first.
  • Use Split pages to group pages into worksheets or Batch ZIP parts (default 10).
  • Upload a ZIP of PDFs to convert many files at once (plan file-count and ZIP MB limits apply).
  • Batch ZIP creates one Excel file per page group ÔÇö ideal for large documents.
  • Turn on Preserve formatting for styled header rows in Excel.

QWhat are the plan limits?
A

Free: 15 MB PDF / 25 MB ZIP / 3 files / 50 pages. Pro: 30 / 50 / 10 / 100. Premium: 60 / 100 / 20 / 200. Admin may adjust PDF upload MB per plan.

QHow are tables detected?
A

Text is split by tabs, then by 2+ spaces, then a number-first fallback; otherwise each line is one column.

QAre scanned PDFs supported?
A

This tool extracts embedded text only. Image-only scans need OCR before upload.
