  • ZIP uploads convert each workbook and always download as a Batch ZIP (same file-size limit as a single file).

How to Use
  1. Upload an Excel file (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .csv, .xlsb) or a ZIP of workbooks.
  2. Select files/sheets from the Files dropdown.
  3. Choose layout (Table or Records) and download package (single PPT or Batch ZIP).
  4. Set Split rows (default 500) ÔÇö rows per slide for Single PPT, or rows per PPTX part for Batch ZIP ÔÇö then Convert to PPT.
  5. Review the preview/summary, then Download. Use Clear to start over.
Pro Tips
  • Table layout puts spreadsheet data into styled PowerPoint tables (green headers).
  • Records layout lists each row as labeled fields ÔÇö easier for few columns.
  • Use Split rows to keep slides readable (default 500).
  • Upload a ZIP of workbooks to convert many files at once (plan file-count and ZIP MB limits apply).
  • .xlsb is accepted in the UI but must be saved as .xlsx first for conversion.
  • Wide sheets show up to 12 columns per slide; extra columns are noted.

QWhich Excel formats are supported?

.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .csv, and .xlsb (xlsb requires Save As .xlsx first). You can also upload a ZIP of those workbooks.

QWhat is Batch ZIP?
A

It splits each sheet into multiple PowerPoint files by your Split rows value and packs them into a ZIP. ZIP uploads of multiple workbooks also download as a Batch ZIP.

QWhat are the plan limits?
A

Free: 15 MB Excel / 25 MB ZIP / 3 files / 5,000 rows. Pro: 30 / 50 / 10 / 10,000. Premium: 60 / 100 / 20 / 20,000. Admin may adjust Excel upload MB per plan.

QTable vs Records layout?
A

Table creates a spreadsheet-style table on each slide. Records shows each data row as labeled fields (Header: value).

QAre charts and images included?
A

This tool converts cell data into PowerPoint slides. Charts/images are not embedded.
