How to Use
  1. Upload an Excel file (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .csv, .xlsb) or a ZIP of workbooks.
  2. For a single workbook, select one or more worksheets.
  3. Choose page size, orientation, and download package (single PDF or Batch ZIP).
  4. For Batch ZIP, set Split rows (default 500), then Convert to PDF.
  5. Review the preview/summary, then Download. Use Clear to start over.
Pro Tips
  • Landscape works best for wide tables.
  • Use Batch ZIP + Split rows for large sheets so each PDF stays manageable.
  • Upload a ZIP of workbooks to convert many files at once (plan file-count and ZIP MB limits apply).
  • Turn off Keep Excel formatting for a clean plain table.
  • .xlsb is accepted in the UI but must be saved as .xlsx first for conversion.

QWhich Excel formats are supported?

.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .csv, and .xlsb (xlsb requires Save As .xlsx first). You can also upload a ZIP of those workbooks.

QWhat is Batch ZIP?
A

It splits each sheet into multiple PDF files by your Split rows value and packs them into a ZIP. ZIP uploads of multiple workbooks also download as a Batch ZIP.

QWhat are the plan limits?
A

Free: 15 MB Excel / 25 MB ZIP / 3 files. Pro: 30 / 50 / 10. Premium: 60 / 100 / 20. Admin may adjust Excel upload MB per plan.

QWhat does Keep Excel formatting do?
A

When enabled, cell colors, bold/italic text, alignment, and borders are preserved in the PDF. When off, a plain table is exported.

QAre charts and images included?
A

This tool converts cell data into a printable table PDF. Charts/images are not embedded.
