Step 4 — Create Invoices writes every row (grouped by invoice number), then click Download.

How it works

Upload one or more workbooks or a ZIP. Tick the sheets you want.
On the left, pick an invoice field for each Excel column. The live invoice on the right updates immediately.
Rows that share the same Invoice Number become one invoice with multiple line items. Use Auto-map to guess from header names, then adjust any dropdown.
Batch mode packs one file per invoice into a ZIP. Single file puts every invoice in one Excel workbook (one sheet each) or one Word/PDF document.

How to Use

Upload an Excel file (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .xlsb) or a ZIP of workbooks.
Select workbooks/sheets and map Excel columns to invoice fields (or use Auto-map).
Optionally set company profile, logo, signature, table style, and layout.
Choose download format (PDF / Word / Excel) and Batch ZIP or Single file, then Create Invoices.
Download the result. Use Clear to reset the workspace.

Pro Tips

Group by Invoice Number so rows with the same number become one invoice with line items.
Batch mode packs one file per invoice into a ZIP; Single puts every invoice in one PDF/Word/Excel file.
Logo is darkened slightly for print contrast; enable Remove paper background on scanned signatures.
Plan limits apply to Excel MB, ZIP MB, files per ZIP, and invoices per run.

FAQs

QWhich Excel formats are supported for upload?

.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .xlsb, or a ZIP containing those workbooks. .xlsb may need Excel COM on Windows.

QWhich output formats are available?

PDF, Excel (.xlsx), and Word (.docx). Optional .xls / .doc export uses Windows COM when Excel/Word are installed. Batch mode returns a ZIP of one file per invoice.

QWhat are the plan limits?

Free: 15 MB Excel / 25 MB ZIP / 3 files / 200 invoices. Pro: 30 / 50 / 10 / 500. Premium: 60 / 100 / 20 / 1000. Admin may adjust Excel upload MB per plan.

QHow does column mapping work?

Each Excel column can map to an invoice field. Auto-map guesses from header names. Rows that share the Group invoices by value (usually Invoice Number) become one invoice with multiple line items.

QAre files uploaded to the cloud?

No. Processing stays on your local server session.
